The Mill Gallery was established in 1988 by David and Elisabeth Clarke.
Situated in an old water mill, 30 metres back from the sea front, in the
centre of the village opposite the beach, was Elisabeth's working studio.
Here she could seen working on her watercolours of the Cornish landscape,
especially the coastal scenes where the rocks meet the sea. The play of
light upon the water, creates the rich diversity of the Cornish scenery
with a blend of wild coasts and sheltered harbours. The whole area around
Coverack and West Cornwall supplies a wealth of inspiration.
